个人简历

    1998年毕业于西北农林科技大学动物医学院,1998-2004年获得中国农业科学院研究生院硕士及博士学位,2006年于新加坡国立大学、2013年于新加坡南洋理工大学分别从事博士后研究工作。2015年至今,为中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所国家动物疫病病原生物学重点实验室研究员。

主要业绩:

    博士生导师,中国农业科学院“A”类青年英才计划人选,2016年入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才。在本领域权威期刊以第一及通讯作者发表SCI论文40多篇,其中近10篇发表在IF>5的期刊上。中文第一作者或通讯作者文章20多篇,参编专著5部;独立主持国家级项目3项(其中国家自然基金2项)、省部级项目3项(其中甘肃省重大科技专项1项)、院级项目3项;获授权中国发明专利5项;获2015年第九届大北农科技奖创意奖(排名第二)。目前为J Mol Pharm & org Proc Res、Vet and Anim Sci等期刊的编委,Adv in mater sci & eng、Nanotechnology、Vaccine、Oncotarget等期刊的特约评阅人,为四川农业大学、兰州理工大学、滨州畜牧兽医研究院等特聘教授及专家。

研究方向及主持课题:

    主要致力于动物病毒的病原生物学及以病毒为纳米生物材料的多学科交叉研究,尤其在口蹄疫病毒的感染致病机制及病毒样颗粒免疫优化及靶向应用方面取得突出成绩。基础研究方面揭示了口蹄疫病毒内吞新机制及相关受体;揭示了口蹄疫病毒感染诱导细胞自噬、内质网应激等分子机制与天然免疫调控间的关系;并揭示了口蹄疫病毒非结构蛋白的生物功能及诱导炎症免疫反应的分子机制。应用研究方面建立了原核表达系统包装病毒样颗粒技术平台,获得多种动物病毒VLPs及防控产品。应用基础研究方面利用多学科交叉技术,使病毒粒子及VLPs成为介于生物科学与材料科学之间的新型功能单元,进一步拓展了病毒粒子及VLPs的生物应用范围。
