外寄生虫与虫媒疫病团队

   

(一)历史沿革

    外寄生虫与虫媒疫病创新团队伴是随着研究所的诞生逐步发展壮大起来的。外寄生虫与虫媒疫病不仅严重危害家畜健康、造成重大经济损失,而且严重威胁人类的食品安全和身体健康。经过半个多世纪的发展,研究对象从最初的血液原虫病逐步拓展到媒介及其传播疫病的研究;研究领域从最初的病原生物学、虫种资源的收集与保藏、流行病学、疫苗研究和药物防治逐步发展到病原种群生态学、免疫诊断、分子检测、药物防治、抗药性研究、综合防控模式的建立、基因组学、功能基因组、蛋白质组学、转录组学、代谢组学、microRNA、虫媒病毒反向遗传、分子疫苗以及等各个方面。并建成了国内最为完善的动物寄生虫标本馆,收集各类寄生虫390多种,包括9个纲、21个目、82个科、166个属;建成了国内最为齐全的动物原虫活虫种库,收集、鉴定和保藏各类动物原虫7个属30多种300多个地方虫株,并全部分离成单一虫株。50多年来艰苦创业,培育了数代虫媒病的研究人才,为我国乃至世界寄生虫与虫媒疫病研究做出了卓越的贡献并为虫媒传播疫病的防控奠定了坚实基础。

(二)承担项目

    先后承担欧盟合作项目、国际合作重点项目、国际原子能项目、国家“863”项目、“973”计划,国家支撑计划项目、国家重点研发计划、国际科学基金、国家自然科学基金、甘肃省重大专项等数十个科研项目。

    目前团队在研科研项目包括:农业科技创新工程 (ASTIP,2014ZL010),持续滚动执行;国家重点研发计划“严重危害畜禽的寄生虫病诊断、检测与防控新技术”,(2017YFD0501200,2017.7-2020.12);国家肉牛牦牛产业技术体系(NBCIS,CARS-38),持续滚动执行;国家农业公益性行业科研专项“重要牛羊虫媒病毒病防控关键技术研究与应用”,(201303035,2013-2017.12);江苏高校动物重要疫病与人兽共患病防控协同创新中心;国家973子课题“环形泰勒虫致病机制的分子基础”,(2015CB150300,2015-2019.12);国家重点研发计划“重要热带病相关入侵媒介生物及其病原的动态分布与资源库建设”,(2016YFC1202000, 2016YFC1202002),2016.6-2018.12;“烈性外来动物疫病防控技术研发”,(2017YFD0502300),2017.7-2020.12,“牛羊重要疫病免疫防控新技术研究”,(2017YFD0500904),2017-2021。

    目前团队主要从事7个研究方向:

    1、外寄生虫生物学

    2、外寄生虫病原生态学

    3、外寄生虫及其传播病原功能基因组

    4、病原、宿主及媒介三者之间的相互作用机制

    5、外寄生虫的综合防控及生物防治

    6、虫媒病诊断检测技术

    7、外寄生虫和虫媒病疫苗

(四)获奖成果

    曾先后获得全国科学大会奖1项,甘肃省自然科学二等奖1项、三等奖1项,甘肃省科技进步二等1项、三等奖2项,农业部科技进步三等奖1项,兰州市科技进步二等奖1项。
