The research on immunologic mechanism of inactivated vaccine of Chlamydia abortus

内容简介：The inactivated vaccine of Chlamydia abortus plays an important role in preventing Chlamydia from domestic animal in China. However, the immunologic mechanism of the inactivated vaccine is not clear. The purpose of this project is try to understand what kind of antigens play a very important role in vaccination. In this project, cell culture, clone, vector construction, protein expression, western-blotting, D1, D2 gel analysis, mass spectrometric analysis and other experiment will be involved. The key proteins will be selected through these experiments. Key genes which are selected according to the result of mass spectrometric analysis will be expressed and the antigenicity of expressed proteins will be identified through antigen-antibody reaction.
